I have also listened to dozens of wetting hypnosis files and none of them have made me wet myself. I meditate a lot and I do relaxation hypnosis and I can fall into a deeeeeeep trance. The only way I've been successful is to do a deep relaxation hypnosis with a full bladder. Not so full I can't focus, but pretty full. One time, mid trance, I had a complete accident and didn't even realize I was peeing until I felt the warmth pooling around me. I was lying in bed and thankfully have a protected mattress.
